‘Yoga’ is the sanscrit word for unity. It is an ancient practice with the main purpose of seeking the union of mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is not only about making postures; it is a whole philosophy and a practical way to achieve enlightenment.
At the Island Experience you will be doing yoga every morning. There is also an optional class in the evenings. We work with all levels, so if you have never tried yoga do not be intimidated; our instructors will assist you through the course. The intense yoga classes will help your body, mind and soul staying united and tuned with the practice of this ancient art.
