Flights – Arrival & Departure
If you plan on arriving in San Carlos de Bariloche (BRC) the first day of the program, we ask that you land in San Carlos de Bariloche International Airport (BRC) on Sunday noon by 1:00 PM and that you plan to depart the following Saturday anytime after 6:00 PM.
We can make some hotel suggestions if you need to spend a night in Bariloche before or after the program. Just let us know.
We will pick you up from the airport Sunday morning and provide your transportation back to the airport Saturday afternoon. You should be back at the airport roughly around 4 PM.
All participants are obliged to have international medical/travel insurance. For more information, visit the "Insurance” section of our website http://www.theislandexperience.com/locationTravelInfo_TravelInsurance.htm
We suggest that you consult with your personal doctor for a general physical checkup, before traveling to Argentina. Upon arrival, we will require that you provide us with certain specific health and welfare information for safety reasons.
