Flights to Rio de Janeiro International Airport (Airport Code: GIG) are available from major US cities.

Our program starts on Sunday so you want to land in Rio International Airport Sunday morning before 12 noon at the latest. Someone from The Island Experience staff will be meeting you at your arrival gate.

Also keep in mind that the program ends on Saturday and we transport you back to the airport by 5 PM Saturday evening.

if you have time, we recommend that you stay in Rio for an extra day or two. Also, it's a good idea to come to Rio a couple of days earlier. If that is the case, we will pick you up Sunday morning at your hotel.
