At our detox retreats we encourage guests to think about what they eat. How they are fuelling their body and to try to inspire new eating habits. As well as cutting out coffee and refined sugars we also don’t serve any meat at the retreats.
People are eating much more meat compared to in the past – despite the fact that many studies show high consumption of meat detremental to our health.
Many guests are suprised at how satisfied they feel with the meals here at the retreat. We are not suggesting everybody becomes full time vegetarians, but do think it’s a good idea to have some meat free days in your week.
