Oatmeal

Some call it oatmeal, others porridge, but whatever the name this is a delicious healthy way to start your day! Hopefully you will think of your fun times at TIEX whilst you make it!

1 cup Soymilk  or rice milk – 250 ml

3 tbsp Oats –we use the fine flakes

3 dry prunes- (no seeds), roughly chopped

Cinnamon to taste

1 small sliced banana – optional

1 tsp Flax seeds

In a medium pot, put all the ingredients together and bring it to boil in low heat. Keep stirring until it the mixture thickens. It takes just few minutes after it started boiling to get it to become that Goldilocks ‘just right’ consistency. Enjoy!
